These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Guardian Communications LLC website and participation in the GCOC Alerts text messaging program.
Website use
Website content is provided for general business information and may be updated without notice. Project scope, pricing, schedules, and deliverables are governed by written agreements issued for each engagement.
GCOC Alerts program
GCOC Alerts is a low-volume operational notification program for authorized Guardian Communications personnel and approved users who voluntarily enroll. Messages may include severe-weather notifications, communications and network status, GPS/APRS asset updates, infrastructure-monitoring notices, and mission-status updates.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on operational events. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. You may re-enroll only through an approved consent process.
Consent
Providing SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The mobile number supplied must belong to you or be one you are authorized to enroll.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Guardian Communications LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery because mobile networks, internet services, third-party platforms, power systems, and emergency conditions may affect service.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the website, forms, or messaging program, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Privacy
Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms or modify the messaging program. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date shown above.
